This is a fund raiser that our friend Martha Ross is coordinating for the Wilbraham Nature and Cultural Center.

Please forward the poster on to friends/neighbors, or anyone that you think might be interested in supporting Fountain Park, supporting the Arts, getting together with friends, and simply having a good time.

Before you go and give me crap about giving TOO MUCH INFORMATION, G.A.S. doesn’t mean having an uncontrollable flatulent problem (although I’ve been accused of that in the past)… G.A.S. is an acronym for “Gear Acquisition Syndrome”.

I don’t really ever do those, “send this to 10 people and have them send it to 10 people, blah, blah, blah” types of emails – mainly because I know these type emails are the best way to put 1000’s of email addresses into the hands of SPAMMERS and other people that build and sell email addresses.

Maybe it is? This JUST came in on the Myspace wire: my niece Laura Beth is in LOVE!!

I don’t have many details to give you on this one, other than his name is Steve and he’s in a band and does something that i NOT illegal for work… although I’m only certain about his name and the band part – he MIGHT be involved in some sinister plot.

Well, it’s about that time of year again for us to consider whether or not we want to go thru the process of getting nominated and then voted into the Hartford Advocate Grand Band Slam 2007.
