I haven’t made sausage and peppers in forever… mainly because nobody will eat them but me!

So, I was at Fresh Acres (owned by Big Y) and saw some nice Chicken Sausage and some nice HOT Italian sausage and decided to make a small batch for myself.

Another game I’m seriously considering buying when it comes out is Wii Fit… as you might have seen on this blog, I’m trying to get in shape… I jokingly say I am in a shape, ROUND is a shape!

But seriously, I need to do something that’s going to keep me engaged and wanting to do it every day:

I’ve been putting off a little project… that is, until today – and the result is less than thrilling.

We have a cabinet thingy in our bathroom and it’s seen better times.  The paint is starting to chip and the accumulation of hairspray and other chemicals was taking it’s toll.

I just can’t stop myself sometimes… I get an idea in my head and I just got to pursue it. It’s probably because I’m in between bands right now and I have nothing better to do but sell instruments instead of playing them!

It’s funny what goes thru your mind when you’re cooking dinner…

First off, you might be asking, why am I making dinner at 1:48 in the afternoon… good question!

My schedule is basically killed from when the kids get off the bus (3pm) until past 7pm – today, yesterday – we didn’t get home until after 8:30pm… so tonight is a bit easy.
