I had posted that I was going to get the Wii Fit when it came out because it looked cool and I thought it would help me acutally STICK to a work out routine.  I wanted to try to do the P90X, but realistically, it’s way over my head and I’m not such a psycho (no offense Eileen, Paula, and everyone else doing P90X) to make it work for me.

I found this a while back and keep forgetting to put it up here… it’s an oldie but goodie and I’m sure John will be thrilled I found it!

Why not, what’s to lose???

Yep, $55.53 – that’s how much it cost me tonight to fill my minivan!

I’ve been doing the ‘ol $20 a stop so that I wouldn’t feel the full sting of the pump, but I really was on fumes so I decided, ah what the heck, let me fill ‘er up.

James brought me the mail today, and after going thru endless ads and junk, I got this letter from Creative Communication, a Student Writing Contest Headquarters for a poem written by Lizzy.

Eileen and I don’t get out much, with all that’s going on.  So, we finally did get out and went to the St. Mary’s Fundraiser in Springfield last month.  They do a silent auction and have a night of drinking and dancing, a really fun time!  This year, we managed to win some nice gift certificates and a TON of cool toys (enough to last us for birthdays and even x-mas!).
